Charge your COREs before using them. It takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to fully charge your COREs. Use the USB cable provided for best charging performance.

Tap the “Pairing” icon at the top-right of the screen.

Select “BAND-Training”.

Follow the interface instructions and put CORE close to the phone to pair.

Insert your COREs into the CORE Holders. Make sure the markers on the CORE and the CORE Holder are aligned.

Wear one BAND on your wrist and the other one on your ankle. Make sure you wear both BANDs on the same side of your body.

Follow the instructions on the screen to calibrate your COREs.


Select “AI Training” or “Challenges” or “Programs” on the home screen.

Set the degree of difficulty.

See what’s in the training program.

Tap the “START” button at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the “Menu” icon at the top-left of the screen.

Select “History”.

Select a record.

Select “Settings”.

Select “Account”.

Follow the steps guided by the interface to calibrate.

Please make sure your COREs are near your phone and fully charged. if this issue persists, please try the following steps:

Plug in a charging board and charge your COREs on the charging board.

Switch off Bluetooth on Settings.

Take away your COREs from the charging board.

Relaunch RaceFit LEAP and try again.

The training intensity is set for you to freely adjust the difficulty of the training you want.

According to your physical fitness test results, we have tailored a training plan for you, but if you find this training plan is too easy or difficult to complete, you can manually adjust the difficulty of the training plan to meet your requirements.

For example, if the training difficulty is set to 50%, then we will generate a training plan for you that is only 50% of the originally planned difficulty
